The Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Communications team and lead the development of high-quality visual assets across Rivy’s brands and products.
The ideal candidate has strong visual and brand judgment, can translate marketing objectives and creative briefs into compelling designs, and is comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept development through execution.
This role requires more than proficiency with design tools. We are looking for someone who understands brand, audience, communication hierarchy and context, and can make thoughtful design decisions that strengthen Rivy’s positioning across digital and offline channels.
Job Responsibilities

Develop high-quality creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, website, email, events, presentations and other marketing channels.
-
Translate campaign briefs, marketing objectives and key messages into clear and compelling visual concepts.
-
Develop brand-aligned creative concepts for Rivy and its products, including EnergyStack.
-
Own design projects from initial concept and creative direction through execution and final delivery.
-
Conduct relevant visual and industry research to inform creative direction and ensure designs are appropriate for Rivy’s audience, industry and positioning.
-
Maintain and strengthen visual consistency across Rivy’s brand touchpoints.
-
Develop and adapt campaign creative across different formats, platforms and audience segments.
-
Collaborate closely with the Marketing & Communications team on campaign concepts, launches, events and brand initiatives.
-
Collaborate with Product and other internal teams on relevant product and business design requirements.
-
Develop event and offline marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, banners, booth materials and other branded assets.
-
Manage multiple design requests and priorities while consistently meeting agreed timelines.
-
Maintain organised design files, templates and brand assets for easy access and continuity.
-
Contribute ideas and creative recommendations rather than relying solely on prescriptive briefs.
Qualifications
-
2–4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably working with established brands, agencies, fintech, technology, financial services, energy or other corporate-facing industries.
-
A strong portfolio demonstrating brand and marketing design work across multiple formats and channels.
-
Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, colour and brand systems.
-
Ability to translate business and marketing objectives into appropriate creative concepts.
-
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with working knowledge of Figma and other relevant design tools.
-
Ability to articulate the thinking and rationale behind creative decisions.
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing polished work.
-
Ability to work independently, take ownership of briefs and manage multiple deadlines.
-
Comfortable receiving feedback, iterating quickly and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
-
Good understanding of digital and social media design requirements.
What We Offer:
-
A dynamic and engaging work environment.
-
Competitive pay and staff benefits.
-
Opportunity to work with a passionate and dedicated team.
-
Continuous professional development and training opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a designer who can think beyond aesthetics. You should be able to understand what a piece of communication needs to achieve, who it is speaking to and how the visual execution should represent the brand.
You should be comfortable taking a brief, researching the relevant context, developing a creative direction and producing polished work without requiring extensive creative direction at every stage.
