The Role
The E-Commerce Operations Analyst will support the E-Commerce Operations arm of the organization towards expanding Rivy’s digital storefront and order fulfillment backend. The analyst will be responsible for day-to-day supplier coordination, procurement, and order fulfilment for Rivy's e-commerce storefront, ensuring products are sourced, priced accurately, and delivered on time. This is a full time position.
Job Responsibilities
Supplier & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with equipment distributors, vendors, dealers, and other stakeholders while sourcing products, confirming availability, obtaining updated pricing, and keeping OEM product listings up to date.
Procurement & Order Management:
Coordinate procurement activities, including order tracking, supplier follow-ups, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Sales & Customer Operations:
Engage and qualify customer enquiries generated through marketing campaigns, support customer onboarding, and track sales performance across assigned portfolios.
Inventory & Data Management:
Maintain accurate supplier databases, inventory records, pricing information, OEM product sheets, and order tracking documents to ensure data accuracy.
Supply Chain Coordination:
Collaborate with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
Operational Excellence:
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, execute tasks accurately, communicate progress proactively, and escalate issues where necessary.
Reports To: Senior Associate, E-Commerce Operations
Qualifications

Strong communication and follow-up skill

1–2 years in operations, procurement, supply chain or customer-facing sales support

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

High level of integrity and attention to detail

Willingness to learn and take initiative

Candidate must reside in Lagos

Ability to move within Lagos for sourcing when required
